The service fee includes product storage in Skroutz's warehouse, stock management, packaging and order shipment, and is calculated based on the price group to which each product belongs and its corresponding volumetric weight.
Service will only be charged for orders shipped.
The fee is charged per line item, based solely on volumetric weight and line item value — no per-category differentiation.
The weight is based on a single unit. The value is based on the total line item value.
For example: 100 items of a pen costing €2.50 and weighing 10g — fee is calculated based on the single unit weight (10g) and total line item value (100 × €2.50 = €250).
The maximum charge per order is 6,00€.
(In case the sum of the products per order costs more than 6,00€, the store will be charged 6,00€)
The maximum charge per order applies exclusively to volumetric weight products < 12,00 kg.
For products with a volumetric weight of more than 30kg which remain in the warehouse for a period of more than 30 days, an additional daily storage fee of 0.2€/day/piece will be applied, which comes into effect after the 30th day of the products stay in the warehouse.
For every order shipped, an additional packaging cost of €0,12 is applied.
The following weights refer to the volumetric weights of the packages of each product
Volumetric weights are calculated as follows: L(length)*W(width)*H(height)/5000

Addition of extra packaging for an item as described in term 4.13: €0.20 per item.
Stock transfer as described in term 4.14: €0.01 per item.
Storage of inactive stock as described in term 5.7: €0.02 per item per day.
Stock collection and extraction: €0.20 per item.
In the event that the Recipient makes less than 100 orders per month from the warehouse after the end of the first quarter after joining the service, there will be a monthly charge of 2€ per day for each cubic meter occupied by the Recipient’s stored inventory in the Provider’s warehouse.In the event that it does not exceed 100 orders per month for 3 consecutive months, the Provider Company is entitled to stop providing Logistics Services to the Recipient and return the entire stock to the Recipient, with the cost of transportation borne by the Recipient.
